Create custom learning solutions

Your company looks to you as the Learning and Development team, to create custom learning solutions that help them address their training needs. But whether you can help them depends on two important factors: your team’s capabilities and capacity.

When it comes to capability, your company may not have built out an L&D team with the skills needed to develop learning solutions. This means that whilst you understand the needs the company has, your team is not able to create learning solutions to address these needs in-house.

When it comes to capacity, your small L&D team is supporting the entire company. At times it is impossible to meet the growing learning needs of all departments with your in-house team.

When your team does not have the capability or capacity to create custom learning solutions, Brain eBox can serve as an extension of your in-house team to help you to deliver on your L&D goals.

We help you to conceptualise, design and develop effective learning solutions that help you achieve your business objectives.

What types of content can we help you develop

What types of content can we help
you develop

We’ll take the time to understand the profile of your audience and what you are wanting them to learn. We’ll recommend a combination of learning resources which we believe your employees will need to succeed. The types of resources that we are able to build are listed below.

Accreditation-ready learning materials

We can create skills programme or full qualification training materials for you, from scratch or using some existing materials you may have. This includes all the materials you will need such as Learner Guides, Facilitator and Assessor Guides, Formative Assessments, Summative Assessments, Final Assessments, Slide Decks and Alignment Matrices.

Training courses

We can help you to create training courses for your employees based on the training needs you have identified. Examples of what we can create include: product specific training, process specific training, induction training and leadership training, amongst others.

Digital Lessons

We create digital lessons using Articulate Rise, Captivate or Articulate Storyline. These digital lessons once built can be loaded and delivered from your company’s online learning system.

Videos

We create memorable, animated videos or recorded live training videos to help you share information with your employees.

Podcasts

We create audio files which your employees can access on the go, to get the information they need.

Infographics

We use infographics to explain complex ideas in an easy-to-understand format, helping your employees get the information they need fast.

Assessments

We build out assessments for your courses so that you can assess the competence of your employees. Question types include: short answer questions, long answer questions, case study analysis, projects, true or false, matching columns, ordering, fill in the blank, essays or practical application exercises.

Quizzes

Our multiple-choice question sets are rigorous and randomised to ensure the results are a reliable reflection on the competence of your employees.

What our clients say about working with us

“Having never used eLearning on any projects, I was nervous about how the end users would respond to the method. The overall feedback was incredibly positive. The team gave 100% at all times and I am so pleased with their outputs that I am using them for another upcoming project.”

“The Business enjoyed the fresh approach to “HR Communication” and we drew 3.37 times more employees to the HR site compared to prior years. Indeed an exciting story to tell and we will embark on more “video comms” going forward.”

“From the start of our business relationship we have found Brain eBox, Sheree and her team, very professional, timeous in meeting deadlines and available at short notice. We have no hesitation in recommending Brain eBox to anyone requiring online content development, content translation to online, online training services and general ETDP practitioner support services.”

“Brain eBox worked with us to build an online induction programme for our employees. We use this course throughout the year to induct new starters. We can recommend Brain eBox as an affordable, professional supplier in the field of eLearning.”

“The work of Brain eBox was of a high standard and they delivered on time, despite the tight timeframes and volume of work required of them. We found the content engaging, in line with requirements, with interesting activities. I would use them in the future.”
