Our Process

  • 1

    Application and Onboarding Process

We encourage our clients to set-up an application process for employees to follow to be awarded a seat on the programme.

In instances where our clients wish to nominate employees for the programme, we encourage our clients to ensure the employee understands why they have been nominated for the programme… and the commitment required, before they decide whether to accept the seat or not.

  • 2

    Induction Process

We complete an induction process with the group of leaders before we commence the programme. In this one-day information session, we cover the strategic purpose of the programme, how it works as well as the commitment required. Leaders receive all the information they need including their training schedule and access to our online classroom.

We spend time with the leaders to understand why they are on the programme, and what they wish to gain from the experience. We also answer any questions which they may have.
  • 3

    Delivery of Modules

During each month of programme delivery, the following process is followed:

    • Pre-work: On the 1st of the month, the module for the month is unlocked on the online classroom. Leaders have access to all of the module resources and are encouraged to explore the online classroom as part of their pre-work for the session.

    • Scheduled Training Session: The scheduled training session is held. This is facilitator-led, and can be completed in-person or virtually. During this time together, the facilitator walks the leaders through the content to help them build their knowledge and they have lots of discussions to link the content to the practical environment. During the session, the formative assessment is completed.
    • Assessment Deadlines: Leaders are provided with deadlines to submit their Formative and Summative Assessments. Practical assignments such as role-plays and presentations are scheduled into the calendar for the month. The leaders have access to assessment support throughout the month, if needed.
    • Assessment Results: Assessment Results are shared on a regular basis and leaders are required to complete their remediation monthly.

  • 4

    Portfolio Submission

At the end of the programme, we have a dedicated few days with the leaders to compile their Portfolios. From there, these are submitted for assessment.

Once the assessment process is concluded, leaders receive an Assessment Report which summarises their performance on the programme.

  • 5

    Moderation Process

We first facilitate the internal moderation process. Our moderator moderates 25% of the Portfolios and provides an outcome.

If the outcome was successful, the group’s achievements can be loaded to the Services Seta and we would await the external moderation process.

For the external moderation process, the Services Seta verifier moderates a sample of the Portfolios as well and provides their recommendations for certification.
  • 6

    Certification Process

Once the Portfolios are submitted, leaders are provided with a Certificate of Completion.

Once the Services Seta external moderation visit is completed successfully, we will await the Statement of Results or Certificates from the Services Seta. Once received these are provided to your company.

  • 7

    Throughout the process

At any stage of the programme, you receive the following support:

    • A monthly project update meeting where we share training delivery process, leader assessment status and results, training evaluation feedback and any areas of concern to be noted.

    • Leaders have access to ongoing support. They have an email address they can use for support, which has a 24/hr turn around time, or they can contact their facilitator via the team’s WhatsApp group.
