Meet Brain eBox
Brain eBox creates and delivers powerful workplace solutions for our clients. Our mission is to partner with HR, L&D and Business Leaders to help them develop learning solutions that give their teams the skills they need to thrive.
Brain eBox works with clients across various industries, nationwide, and is an accredited training provider with the Services Seta. Brain eBox is a proudly female, black and queer-owned small business.
Why do we do what we do?
At Brain eBox, we believe that the quality of workplace learning matters.
For the majority of South Africans self-funded, tertiary education is not possible. And in many cases, the imperative to work and earn motivates many to focus on finding employment instead of pursuing tertiary education.
This means that for the majority of South Africans, the first place they learn after school, is at work.
With this in mind, we believe that it is the responsibility of business, HR and L&D teams to ensure that employees are provided with credible learning solutions that not only help the business achieve its goals, but also helps the individual grow in their confidence and skills so that they can continue to develop their careers and provide for their families.
When businesses invest in quality workplace learning solutions, they will build competent, engaged teams that can deliver results. Employees also benefit by gaining the skills they need to perform in their job roles and develop their careers.
